<p><strong>IT Support Technician</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Harrogate - Site Based (with occasional local travel)Elevation Tech & Transformation working with a well-established organisation in the manufacturing/logistics sector who are looking to bring in a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join their Harrogate site.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, operational environment and wants to play a key role in keeping critical systems running smoothly across production and warehouse functions.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong>You'll be the go-to person for IT support across the site, ensuring infrastructure, systems and users are fully supported. This role will involve a mix of desk-based support, on-the-ground troubleshooting and project work, with occasional travel to nearby sites.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network infrastructure</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, servers, and warehouse systems</li><li>Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environment</li><li>Assist with network support (ideally Cisco-based environments)</li><li>Work with ERP and Warehouse Management (WHM) systems, ensuring integration and uptime</li><li>Support site operations, including manufacturing and logistics systems</li><li>Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvements</li><li>Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous IT support experience within a <strong>manufacturing or logistics environment</strong> (essential)</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>networking principles</strong> (Cisco experience preferred)</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>ERP systems and Warehouse Management systems (WMS/WHM)</strong></li><li>Solid knowledge of <strong>Microsoft 365</strong></li><li>Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a site-based role</li><li>Full UK driving licence (for local site travel)</li></ul><p>If you're an IT Support professional with experience in manufacturing or logistics and enjoy being close to the action, this could be a great next step!</p><p>Apply now or get in touch for more details.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?KmGIYyL1tv7OrfC83QsSJcgjHZotbWlOu" width="0" height="0" />
