Field Installation Support Technician

<p>We're looking for a Field Installation Support Technician, with experience in Shutters, Blinds, Windows, Conservatories or similar trades/installations to take on a varied, field-based role. </p><p></p><p>You will support field specialists across a wider geographical area, travelling regularly and staying overnight when required. A company vehicle is provided but you'll need a full clean UK driving licence. You'll cover a defined geographical region. Candidates can be based anywhere within the UK, with a preference for South East, London or Midlands locations. </p><p></p><p><strong>This Field Installation Support Technician role involves:</strong></p><ul><li>Providing in field technical support to specialist installers</li><li>Delivering practical training and upskilling to reduce errors and improve quality</li><li>Supporting right first-time installations and remedial works where required</li><li>Acting as a technical point of contact for field and office teams</li><li>Completing sales, survey and installation work when required (commissioned)</li><li>Travelling regularly with occasional overnight stays</li><li>Attending HQ in Brighton & Hove periodically for training and specialist support activity</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills & experience required: </strong></p><ul><li>Full clean UK driving licence (essential)</li><li>Trade background with experience in Blind, Shutter, Conservatory or Window installation</li><li>Ability to work independently across a wide geographical area</li><li>Systems savvy with confidence learning internal software</li><li>Professional approach with strong ethics and team mindset</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Salary, hours and company benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>£32,000 - £35,000 plus monthly bonus scheme </li><li>40 hours a week to include Saturdays and Bank Holidays </li><li>Company vehicle provided </li><li>Travel and overnight accommodation expenses covered</li><li>31 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays allowance</li><li>Pension scheme </li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Free onsite parking</li><li>Health focused benefits </li><li>Career progression opportunities and salary reviews</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy. </p><p></p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Ae5qx6keinw81fhrxIVi%2b1lNecxnRWSHs" width="0" height="0" />
