This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer delivering bespoke engineered solutions across a diverse range of industries.</p><p>The role will play a key part in the design and development of electrical control systems, with a strong focus on control panel design. You’ll be working within a collaborative engineering team, supporting projects from concept through to completion.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design and develop electrical control panels in line with customer specifications and industry standards</li><li>Produce detailed electrical schematics using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar)</li><li>Interpret technical specifications and translate them into practical design solutions</li><li>Support the build, testing, and commissioning phases where required</li><li>Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure project delivery</li><li>Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and quality standards</li></ul><p>Key Skills & Experience:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in electrical design, with a strong focus on control panel design</li><li>Ability to produce accurate electrical drawings and documentation</li><li>Good understanding of electrical systems, components, and standards</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li></ul><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>Experience with PLC programming (advantageous but not essential)</li><li>Knowledge of industrial automation systems</li></ul><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking business that values innovation and quality. xwzovoh </p><p>For more information or to apply, please contact Steve Barnett or Jack Heffren.</p>
