<p>Engineering Supervisor - Costed Contract (Building Services)</p><p>Location: Hounslow (TW6) + South London Field-Based (Epsom, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames etc.) Company Van Provided </p><p>We are currently recruiting for an experienced <strong>Engineering Supervisor - Costed Contract</strong>, to join a leading facilities management provider, supporting a high-profile public sector contract. </p><p>This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for an experienced engineer ready to step into team leadership with added commercial and operational responsibility.</p><p>You will be responsible for supervising a team of mobile engineers, ensuring high-volume reactive and PPM works are delivered efficiently, safely, and within costed contract parameters.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise a team of approximately 10 mobile engineers </li><li>Oversee delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance works </li><li>Act as technical escalation point for engineers on site </li><li>Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and H&S procedures </li><li>Monitor job costing, quotations, and contract spend control </li><li>Support P&L performance and contract efficiency </li><li>Ensure all works are completed within SLA and quality standards </li><li>Liaise with Contract Manager and client stakeholders </li><li>Maintain accurate job records and reporting systems </li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Essential</strong></p><ul><li>Strong background in Building Services Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Gas/HVAC) </li><li>Electrical City & Guilds Level 3 and 17th Edition OR City & Guilds level 2 in Mechanical Engineering </li><li>Proven experience supervising engineers or leading small teams </li><li>Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance environments </li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume contract environment </li></ul><p><strong>Highly Desirable</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in public sector, transport or infrastructure contracts </li><li>Understanding of job costing, quotations or contract financial control </li><li>Experience with RAMS, permits, and FM compliance systems </li></ul><p><strong>Package & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary (DOE) </li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays </li><li>Company van provided </li><li>Death in service benefit </li><li>Sick pay after probation </li><li>Long-term stable contract </li><li>Parking available at all sites </li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?aP%2fblHlMLSvxFxsN9vSUd9xkxEvyfsVbr" width="0" height="0" />
