Team Leader, Court Services – Flexible Working

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is seeking a Team Leader at Swansea Crown Court to support leadership across the case progression team and Listing Officers, ensuring hearings are ready and service delivery meets local and national priorities.

The role focuses on developing staff, driving performance, and building trusted relationships with the judiciary and other stakeholders while delivering excellent administrative support and customer service to service users and management.
