Guest Experience Team Leader

Mecca in Swansea is seeking a Team Leader to run a busy shift, brief and manage the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across bingo, slots and food and drinks.

You will lead on-shift service, coordinate breaks, and maintain KPIs while coaching team members with immediate feedback. This hands-on, high-energy role offers progression and a supportive culture across our venues.
