Poundland is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Swansea (Oxford Street) to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering outstanding service and store standards every day.

You will help drive performance, oversee customer service, coaching, stock management and loss prevention, while maintaining a safe, well-organised store environment and a confident, people-focused leadership approach.
