Foster a positive and motivating work environment.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth.</li> <li>Group Exercise: manage and improve GEX offering within the gym.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and gym members.
