<p>As a <strong>Senior Systems Engineer</strong>, you will work on major, complex programmes, lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in delivering high-performance systems involving sensors, electronics, firmware, and software.</p><p><br><br>The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.<br></p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical oversight, stakeholder engagement, and system-level responsibility from concept through to customer acceptance.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead system design, development, integration, and acceptance activities</li><li>Act as the technical authority across complex engineering projects</li><li>Drive delivery of systems involving sensors, communications, and signal processing</li><li>Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, firmware, mechanical)</li><li>Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with performance and customer requirements</li><li>Collaborate with external stakeholders including government and industry partners</li><li>Support project reporting alongside project management teams</li><li>Contribute to research, innovation, and future system roadmaps</li><li>Produce and present technical documentation, reports, and papers</li><li>Support business development activities including technical proposals</li><li>Mentor and develop junior engineers</li><li>Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p>You will be a highly experienced systems engineer with a strong track record in complex engineering environments.
