This is a pivotal clinical leadership role where you will support a population of 1,000+ men, primarily aged 2140, helping them navigate complex mental health challenges.<br>The Role: Clinical Leadership & Development<br>As a Senior Psychologist, you won't just manage a caseloadyoull shape the service. You will:<br>Lead & Mentor: Manage and supervise two Assistant Psychologists and provide reflective practice for the wider multi-disciplinary team.<br>Clinical Excellence: Conduct specialist assessments and deliver 1:1 and group interventions, including our trauma-informed 'Making Sense' programme.<br>Collaborate: Act as an integral part of the clinical leadership team, contributing to service audits and research.<br>Educate: Deliver essential psychological training to both healthcare and prison staff.<br>What Youll Bring<br>Registration: Full HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling).<br>Expertise: Proven experience in adult mental health, specifically regarding complex trauma and neurodiversity.<br>Mindset: A trauma-informed approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, secure environment.<br>Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a "team player" attitude.<br>Why Practice Plus Group?<br>We are the UKs leading independent provider of healthcare in secure environments.
