<p>Job Description</p><br>Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.<br><p>Senior Mechanical Project Manager</p><p>£95k plus package</p><p>London</p><p>Our client are an established, stable and successful Mechanical Project and Maintenance specialist with a consistent pipeline of work and a great industry reputation, due to a number of big projects wins they are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee & manage a new commercial construction project in the City of London.</p><p>As the Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility of the client management, team management and financial responsibilities for the mechanical delivery of a new site in City of London. Exposure & experience as a Senior Mechanical Manager working for a Mechanical Contractor is essential/</p><p>The candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>Requirements to apply:</p><ul><li>Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in Mechanical discipline.</li><li>Demonstrate experience working as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or currently working as a Project Manager from within the building services industry is essential. Working within Public Sector Contracts would be an advantage.</li><li>Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as a SMSTS/ISOH/NEBOSH</li><li>Experience of delivering projects as the Mechanical Contractor</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of all MS office applications</li><li>To have successful experience in dealing directly with Clients and the public</li><li>To work on his/her own initiative</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Proactive management of Health & Safety</li><li>Planning, managing, executing and controlling projects</li><li>Sole responsibility for budget, programme, quality, supplier and subcontractor management</li><li>Participate in bid/tender processes</li><li>Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients</li><li>Full man management responsibilities</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project professional who wants to get involved in high level mechanical schemes, there is a career path on offer for further progression. xwzovoh </p><p>If you meet the criteria please contact Russ Cleverley at Penguin Recruitment in CONFIDENCE.</p>
