Their engineering headcount is doubling in H1 to keep up with explosive demand. They've built a first-of-its-kind AI platform that allows B2B companies to create hyper-personalised buyer journeys in seconds.</p><p><br></p><p>Product Engineers will have a full stack mindset but naturally have a bias towards Backend. We are looking for highly driven individuals who want to have immediate impact and build a product that users love!! Your approach and impact you've had are more important than the technologies you've worked with - we are open to the technologies you have used. The Tech Stack: Golang, TypeScript, React.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p><ul><li>Own features from napkin sketch to production.</li><li>Architect scalable systems to handle real-time data and generative AI workflows.</li><li>Work directly with the founders to shape the product roadmap.</li><li>Join a high-performance engineering culture where speed and quality are equally valued.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you need: </strong></p><ul><li>3+ years commercial experience as a Software Engineer.</li><li>Extensive experience with a modern tech stack.</li><li>Backend Engineers: They use Golang & AWS, but this is not essential. We’re looking for someone who has survived and thrived in the trenches of high-scale engineering. You’ve built robust, message-driven backends and know exactly how to keep a system stable when concurrency levels go through the roof</li><li>A StartUp mindset: you enjoy the pace, the ownership, and the lack of red tape.</li><li>The ability to think like a "Product Engineer" - you care about why we build, not just how.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Highly Desirable experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Working as a Founding / Early Stage Engineer.</li><li>Building 0 -1, owning end to end development.</li><li>Experience speaking to users.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Package: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary: £70,000 - £130,000 </strong>Depending on experience - looking to hire 3 engineers ranging from mid - staff level.
