<p><strong>Senior Power Platform Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>Remote / Home based (UK based only)</strong></p><p><strong>Permanent | Full-time </strong></p><p><strong>No sponsorship available</strong></p><p><br><br>Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.<br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Engineer to help design, build, and evolve a commercial ISV product built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Designing and engineering <strong>model-driven applications built on Dataverse</strong> as part of a commercial product platform</li><li>Building and maintaining <strong>Power Pages portals</strong> used across customer environments</li><li>Designing scalable <strong>Dataverse data models</strong> for multi-customer / multi-tenant use cases</li><li>Developing complex automation using <strong>Power Automate (modular, reusable flow architecture)</strong></li><li>Writing and maintaining <strong>Dynamics 365 plugins and custom business logic (C#)</strong></li><li>Designing and evolving <strong>business process automation frameworks (BPFs + flows)</strong></li><li>Delivering integrations with external systems via <strong>APIs and structured data services</strong></li><li>Contributing to <strong>product architecture, engineering standards, and design decisions</strong></li><li>Refactoring and improving existing components to support <strong>scale and maintainability</strong></li><li>Collaborating with engineers in a <strong>product-focused Agile development team</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><strong>You are likely a:</strong></p><ul><li>Senior Power Platform Engineer</li><li>Senior Dynamics 365 Developer</li><li>Power Platform Product Engineer (ISV environment)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>With solid experience in:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience designing and building <strong>model-driven applications in Dynamics 365</strong></li><li>Deep understanding of <strong>Dataverse modelling and scalable architecture patterns</strong></li><li>Experience building <strong>Power Automate solutions at scale (not just simple workflows)</strong></li><li>Strong ability in <strong>C# plugin development and system extension design</strong></li><li>Experience working across <strong>complex, evolving platforms rather than one-off implementations</strong></li><li>A strong engineering mindset with attention to <strong>reusability, maintainability, and structure</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in <strong>ISV or product-based environments</strong></li><li>Experience xwzovoh designing <strong>modular Power Platform architectures</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Power Pages at scale</strong></li><li>Experience refactoring or modernising legacy Power Platform solutions</li><li>Exposure to API-led integration or system design outside Power Platform</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What makes this role different</strong></p><ul><li>You are building and evolving a <strong>commercial software product</strong>, not delivering client projects</li><li>The platform must scale across <strong>multiple customers and environments</strong></li><li>Strong emphasis on <strong>engineering quality, architecture, and reuse</strong></li><li>You will directly influence the <strong>core design and direction of the platform</strong></li><li>Work on problems involving <strong>real product complexity, not isolated feature delivery</strong></li></ul>
