Since 2006, we've supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs.<br><br>Now, we're expanding and we'd love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.<br><br>About the Role: As a Complex Care Senior Carer you'll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.<br><br>Location : Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas Shift Pattern : typically 8<br>- 12 hour Day shifts or Wake Night shifts Client Focus : One client per shift Rota : Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program .<br><br>You'll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.<br><br>Please note that we are unable to provide Sponsorship Superior Healthcare is an Equal Opportunities Employer. xwzovoh <br><br>Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and professional references.<br><br>SHCMMO
