You will play a key role in ensuring services are designed around user needs, aligned to organisational goals, and deliver measurable outcomes.</p><p>Experience requirements & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead business analysis activities across complex programmes and services.</li><li>Elicit, define and translate business and user needs into clear requirements.</li><li>Analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and define target operating models.</li><li>Support the design, development and testing of new services and solutions.</li><li>Assess impacts of change, including business, policy and operational constraints.</li><li>Define success measures and ensure delivery aligns to expected outcomes and benefits.</li><li>Collaborate within multidisciplinary Agile teams to support iterative delivery.</li><li>Engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.</li></ul><p>Essential:</p><ul><li>Proven experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst within digital environments.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Experience working within Agile or similar delivery frameworks.</li><li>Ability to analyse complex problems and drive solutions through to delivery.</li><li>Experience translating business goals into clear requirements and outcomes.</li><li>Understanding of operating models, business change and service design principles. xwzovoh </li></ul><p>If you are available and interested, please apply in the first instance and you will be contacted to discuss the position further.</p>
