This is a key role where you'll ensure everything runs safely, efficiently and in full compliance.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>• Take ownership of site facilities and utilities, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operation</p><p>• Manage day-to-day facilities systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical and building services</p><p>• Develop and drive a preventative maintenance strategy to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability</p><p>• Use data and performance insights to support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives</p><p>• Lead and support CAPEX and facilities improvement projects, from business case development through to commissioning</p><p>• Manage and coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring high safety and compliance standards</p><p>• Oversee budgets, costs and resource planning related to facilities and maintenance activities</p><p>• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and compliance records</p><p>Requirements</p><p>• Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance engineering</p><p>• Strong technical knowledge of building services and site utilities</p><p>• xwzovoh Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programmes</p><p>• Ability to manage CAPEX, budgets and performance data effectively</p><p>• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</p><p>• Confident communicator able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners</p><p>• Proactive, structured approach with a commitment to continuous improvement</p><p>Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!</p>
