<p><strong>Control & Instrumentation Technician (HVAC)</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Sizewell B, Leiston, Suffolk</p><p> <strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)</p><p> <strong>Salary:</strong> Competitive, dependent on experience</p><p><br><br>For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.<br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Dalkia UK is seeking a skilled and motivated Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Technician specialising in HVAC systems to join our team at Sizewell B Power Station.</p><p>Working within our long-term partnership with EDF Energy, you will play a key role in maintaining critical infrastructure in a highly regulated, safety-focused environment. This is a hands-on and technically demanding position, ideal for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering high standards of work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of HVAC systems, instrumentation, and control equipment. </li><li>Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions based on operational reports and helpdesk requests. </li><li>Support the maintenance and reliability of HVAC systems across site facilities, including office and welfare areas. </li><li>Assist in the upkeep and repair of mechanical plant, including pumps, compressors, fans, motors, drives, pneumatic controls, and pressurisation systems. </li><li>Ensure all activities are carried out in strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, particularly within a nuclear-licensed environment. </li><li>Participate in continuous training to maintain site competency and professional certifications. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You are a proactive and hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical and/or control & instrumentation engineering.
