With an additional personal day</li><li>Free gym membership for a friend or family member.</li><li>Bonus Scheme</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>Discounted legal services</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Enhanced Maternity & Paternity leave</li><li>Funded first aid qualification.</li><li>Group exercise training.</li><li>Industry leading management development training courses.</li></ul><p> The Role:</p><p>This is a varied role, involved with everything from member experience to team development, you will focus on the following: </p><ul><li>Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager</li></ul><ul><li>Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through different activities, including club outreach and community events</li><li>Team Leadership: Recruit, proactively develop a talent pipeline, train and supervise a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver an excellent member experience in the club through a constant focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth.</li><li>Group Exercise: manage and improve GEX offering within the gym.</li></ul><p>You will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and gym members.
