<p><strong>Infrastructure Engineer Leicester Hybrid £45,000-£50,000</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong>We're partnering with a highly reputable company based just outside of Leicester to find a talented Infrastructure Engineer. This is a hybrid position, offering 2 days from home after probation.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong>As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be a vital part of the team, working on exciting projects and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT environments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Designing, implementing, and maintaining server, network, and storage solutions for clients.</li><li>Providing 3rd line support, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.</li><li>Managing cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure.</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.</li><li>Leading infrastructure migrations and upgrades with minimal downtime.</li><li>Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Documenting technical processes and configurations for clarity and compliance.</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong>We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a client-focused mindset.
