<strong>ERP Support Analyst</strong><p> Hybrid - 2 days per week in Birmingham Support hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Full-time</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>customer-focused Application Support Analyst</strong> to join the Support team of a well-established <strong>ERP software author</strong> delivering solutions into manufacturing, distribution, and retail organisations across the UK and internationally.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with <strong>ERP or business software support experience</strong> who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and developing their career within enterprise software.</p><strong>The Role</strong><p>As an Application Support Analyst, you'll act as a <strong>first point of contact for customers using ERP software</strong>, investigating issues, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent support experience.</p><p>You'll work closely with internal technical and product teams while continuing to build your knowledge of ERP functionality across <strong>manufacturing, distribution, CRM, warehouse, and supply chain processes</strong>.</p><p></p><strong>About You</strong><p>We're looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication ability, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed with business software.</p><strong>Required experience / skills</strong><ul><li>Working knowledge of <strong>T-SQL</strong></li><li>Ability to manage multiple support cases effectively</li><li>ERP support or application suppoort of commercial business software</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working in a <strong>KPI-driven support environment</strong></li><li>Understanding of <strong>manufacturing or distribution business processes</strong></li></ul><strong>About the Company</strong><p>This ERP software author develops scalable ERP solutions for <strong>manufacturing, retail, and distribution organisations</strong> across the UK and internationally.</p><p>Their solutions support real-time collaboration, live operational visibility across departments, and flexible workflows that grow alongside customers' businesses.
