<p><strong>Agency Advert - Administrative Officer (AO)</strong></p> <p><strong>Branch:</strong> FCAD - Finance Processing (Accounts Receivable)<br /> <strong>Location:</strong> New Forge<br /> <strong>Start Date:</strong> Immediate<br /> <strong>Hours:</strong> 37 per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm<br /> <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £13.75 per hour</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented <strong>Administrative Officer (AO)</strong> to join the Finance Processing - Accounts Receivable team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with strong communication skills and a background in administrative and customer support.</p> <p>You will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, effective credit control, and high quality customer service.</p> <p><strong>Key Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Format data for import into the finance accounting system to generate batch invoices.</li> <li>Create manual invoices and credit notes on customer accounts.</li> <li>Carry out credit control tasks including issuing statements and copy invoices.</li> <li>Take credit card payments from customers over the phone.</li> <li>Resolve customer and supplier queries via email and telephone.</li> <li>Process supplier invoices for payment using the purchase ordering system.</li> <li>Review and post staff expense claims.</li> <li>Maintain work trackers and query logs on Content Manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p> <p>Applicants must demonstrate the following:</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Two GCSEs in Mathematics and English</strong>, or equivalent.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with colleagues and customers, both verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Experience in an administrative support role that includes customer interaction (internal or external).</li> <li>Proficient in using MS Office applications, including <strong>Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams</strong>.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?KmGIYyL1tv6hWrsbOlmyE7t2hcc1HQxju" width="0" height="0" />
