Senior Planner – Preconstruction (Groundworks & Civils) 📍 Castleford 💰 £40,000 – £60,000 DOE 🚨 ASAP Start We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Planner to join a growing team based in Castleford. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in groundworks and civil engineering who specialises in the preconstruction phase of projects. Key Responsibilities * Producing and managing preconstruction programmes * Developing tender and contract programmes * Liaising with estimating, commercial, and operational teams * Identifying project risks and opportunities during planning stages * Supporting bid submissions and project delivery strategy * Monitoring programme performance and reporting updates Requirements * Proven experience within groundworks and civils * Strong preconstruction planning background * Ability to produce detailed construction programmes * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Experience using planning software such as Oracle Primavera P6 or similar is advantageous Package * £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience and level * Immediate / ASAP start available * Long-term opportunity with a growing business
