The practice supports professional development, BIM workflows and high standards across design development, technical information and site delivery.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead technical design and project delivery across multiple RIBA stages and coordinated workstreamsManage complex sport and leisure projects through technical development and construction delivery stagesCoordinate multidisciplinary consultants and contractor teams to support accurate project informationProduce and review coordinated technical drawing packages in line with project requirementsMaintain design intent throughout technical development, construction coordination and site deliverySupport BIM workflows and project delivery using Revit across technical design stagesAttend client and consultant meetings while contributing to project strategy and decision makingMentor junior architects and technologists within the team to support technical developmentSkills & Experience RequiredQualified Architect with strong technical delivery experience across design and construction stagesExperience delivering large-scale public sector or leisure projects would be preferredStrong technical understanding of construction detailing, building regulations and coordinated project deliveryAbility to produce coordinated technical information and resolve complex design challenges effectivelyWorking knowledge of Revit, BIM processes and NBS specification systems is requiredUnderstanding of planning, statutory approvals and building safety requirements across project stagesStrong communication skills for consultant, contractor and client coordination throughout project deliveryExperience supporting or leading project teams within a collaborative architectural practice environmentSalary & BenefitsSalary 45,000 – 55,000 depending on experienceFlexible start and finish times within core working hoursHybrid working with up to two days remote working per week following probation23 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays with long service increasesOption to buy or sell additional holiday allowancePaid professional memberships including RIBA or CIATHealth and wellbeing support including virtual GP servicesWho Is This Role Ideal For?This role is ideal for a technically focused Architect with experience delivering complex projects through later RIBA stages.
