Hunter Dunning supports recruitment for this opportunity and provides confidential guidance during the process.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop technical design packages from RIBA Stage 4 through to project completionCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure integrated deliveryManage design integration between new-build and refurbishment project elementsOversee detailing, material specifications, and construction sequencing across projectsMonitor construction progress and support site delivery alongside project team membersMaintain quality and accuracy in technical documentation and contractor communicationSupport resolution of technical issues during construction and delivery stagesCollaborate closely with senior team members to ensure design intent is achievedSkills & Experience RequiredARB registered architect with minimum five years post Part II experience in the UKStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations and National Described Space StandardsExperience across all RIBA stages with focus on technical stages three to fiveProficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of Revit or similar software toolsStrong coordination skills working with consultants and multidisciplinary teamsClear communication skills for effective collaboration with contractors and stakeholdersPortfolio demonstrating high quality residential or mixed-use project experienceInterest in Principal Designer role with willingness to undertake further trainingSalary & BenefitsSalary between 45,000 and 50,000 depending on experience and capability levelFinancial support and training towards Principal Designer role if desiredTwenty one days annual leave plus bank holidays with increased entitlement over timeIndividual training plan and structured development support within the practiceExposure to all project stages within a collaborative studio environmentFlexible working culture supporting professional growth and work life balanceWho Is This Role Ideal For?This role suits a Project Architect with strong technical delivery experience.
