Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care Poynton, Cheshire Up to £40,000 + Bonus Full Time | Permanent Are you an experienced care professional ready to take ownership of a new domiciliary care service with a large and established provider? I am recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to lead a new home care branch in Poynton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, maintaining high standards and driving the continued growth of a service. You will have the autonomy to manage the branch as your own, while benefiting from the infrastructure, resources and senior management support of an established care provider. The Role As Registered Care Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the service, including: * Leading the day-to-day operation of the branch * Maintaining excellent standards in line with CQC requirements * Leading, supporting and developing the branch and care teams * Ensuring customers receive safe, personalised and high-quality care * Growing the service and increasing care hours * Managing recruitment, retention and staff performance * Monitoring budgets, KPIs and overall branch performance * Developing relationships with clients, families and local healthcare professionals * Promoting a positive, supportive and person-centred culture About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware manager with strong leadership skills. Ideally, you will have: * Previous management experience within health and social care or another regulated environment * Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards this * Strong leadership and people management skills * The ability to identify opportunities to develop and grow a service * Excellent organisational and communication skills * A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Applications are also welcomed from experienced managers within other regulated sectors who can demonstrate strong leadership, compliance and operational management experience.
