Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator - 12-Month FTC

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join the HR Services team within the Early Careers unit. You will support graduate and apprenticeship recruitment across global offices, working closely with the EC Operations Manager and EC Recruitment colleagues.

You will help source candidates, manage screening and interviews, and coordinate events and outreach activities with universities and partners.
