Campus Recruitment Lead, Early Careers (Hybrid Belfast)

AMS is seeking a Recruiter - Early Careers and Campus in Belfast on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on end-to-end campus recruitment, building strong relationships with hiring managers and partner universities to attract top graduates.

You will coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and offers, while coaching candidates and ensuring a smooth candidate experience across the Philippines CoE and TA teams.
