Customer Success Advocate & Voice of the Customer

Specifi.io ltd in Bangor is seeking a customer success professional focused on post-sale relationships. You will be the voice of the customer, bridging between sales and technical teams to ensure customer outcomes and ongoing adoption of our software platform.

You will maintain day-to-day contact, capture feedback, and turn conversations into actions. The role requires two years in a customer-facing role, strong written English, and comfort with CRM/helpdesk tools.
