CNC Setters, Operators, Programmers

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Commutable from: Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford Forum, Weymouth, Wareham, Dorset
Post Code: BH16 6AA
Pay: £14.50ph to £22.50ph depending on skills and experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turners (Setters / Operators) and CNC Programmers to join our team. Programming skills would be a strong advantage but are not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Setting and operating CNC turning machines
(Programmer Role) Proven experience programming CNC machines (essential)
Working from engineering drawings
Using Fanuc controls (offsets, tool setting, program editing)
Editing programs (speeds/feeds) where required
Following and updating work instruction sheets
Tool changes (tips/cutters)
Inspecting your own work before first-off
Maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards
Adhering to ISO 9001 processes
General housekeeping (5S) and Health & Safety compliance
Requirements
CNC turning and/or CNC Programming experience
Strong xwzovoh setting and operating experience (essential)
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
The role will suit individuals currently working as CNC Setter, CNC Turner, CNC Operator, CNC Programmer, Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford Forum, Weymouth, Wareham, Dorset or be willing to relocate.
