Finance Manager

<p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded <strong>Finance Manager </strong> to join a growing and successful e-commerce business in Plymouth.<br><strong>The Role </strong> <br>Reporting to the Senior Group Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance across the online business. You’ll provide insight, challenge performance, and support strategic decision-making.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> <br></p><ul><ul><li>Own e-commerce P&Ls, monitoring sales, margins, marketing spend and costs </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Partner with Marketing, Tech and Digital teams to improve performance </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Analyse promotions, ROI and customer acquisition costs </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Support forecasting, budgeting and ongoing performance reviews </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Identify efficiencies and support business projects </li> </ul> </ul><br> <strong>About You </strong> <br><ul><ul><li>ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and management accounting skills </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Advanced Excel (BI tools a plus) </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Commercially aware with strong communication skills </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>E-commerce or retail experience desirable </li> </ul> </ul> <br> <strong>What’s on Offer </strong> <br><ul><ul><li>Competitive salary </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Pension </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Employee discounts  </li> </ul> </ul><br>Please APPLY today or contact the Pertemps Plymouth office for more information. </p>
