<br>Pertemps are recruiting for multiple, Customer Service Advisors to join a leading Health Services Provider. The successful candidates will be able to deliver a high level of customer care and handle sensitive situations. You must have an empathetic disposition and have a natural enthusiasm for assisting people in complex situations.<br>This is a fully remote/home-based role; you will start off working via Pertemps and transfer across to our client after an initial temping contract. Although we do require you to have experience in a Customer Care/Advisor position, full and in-depth training will be provided.<br>Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:<br>- Providing frontline telephone and email support to ensure a smooth journey and high-quality care.<br>- Booking appointments for customers as required.<br>- Dealing with enquiries, answering queries, calls and escalating to relevant departments.<br>- Deal with a high volume of calls and emails each day.<br>- Appropriately and sensitively deal with professionals, customers and clients.<br>- Always adhere to strict policies regarding confidentiality and compliance.<br>- Identify and escalate any issues to a relevant supervisor.<br>- Ensuring all information is recorded accurately on your system.<br>Requirements:<br>- A minimum of 2 years relevant customer service and support experience.<br>- Experience of using databases and a proficient IT user.<br>- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.<br>- Experience working in a fast paced, customer handling environment.<br>- Clear understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.<br>- Self-sufficient and a problem solver.<br>- Happy to undertake a DBS check.<br>The Role:<br>- Fully remote, home based (all IT equipment will be provided).<br>- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.<br>- Salary of <strong>£24,000 - £27,000 </strong> depending on experience.<br>If you are interested in this Customer Service Advisor role, please apply with an up-to-date CV.<br>
