This is an individual contributor role requiring approximately 40-50% travel, ideal for a commercially minded technologist who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation and channel business development.<br><br><b>The Role</b><br><br>As AI Practice Leader, you will be the central figure in building and championing Arrow's AI practice across EMEA. Every major vendor in our portfolio - NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Red Hat, Oracle and many others - has a piece of the AI story, and your role is to connect those pieces into a coherent, compelling proposition for our partners and customers.<br><br>You will work closely with Arrow's newly established AI Lab, helping to shape the solutions being built there and bringing them to market with energy and conviction. This is a high-impact individual contributor position for someone who wants to be at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in enterprise technology.<br><br><b>Your Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Act as Arrow's AI subject-matter expert across EMEA, working across internal sales teams, vendor partners and the channel ecosystem.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Arrow's AI Lab - contributing to the development of its proposition and passionately taking its outputs to market.</li><li>Engage with all key AI vendor relationships - NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Red Hat, Oracle and many others - ensuring Arrow is positioned centrally in their AI go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Support and enable Arrow's sales teams across the business to identify and develop AI opportunities within their existing partner and customer base.</li><li>Identify, develop and onboard channel partners best positioned to capitalize on the growing AI opportunity.</li><li>Represent Arrow on stage at industry events, vendor forums, partner days and customer engagements - articulating the AI vision with authority and enthusiasm.</li><li>Maintain a structured, proactive approach to vendor and partner collaboration, including regular cadence calls, QBRs and joint go-to-market planning.</li><li>Travel across the EMEA region as required (~40-50% of working time).</li></ul><br><br><b>Your Profile</b><br><ul><li>Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence - its technologies, its real-world business applications and the evolving vendor landscape across the EMEA channel.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear commercial opportunities for partners and end customers.</li><li>5-10 years of experience in the IT channel - whether coming from a specialist or management background, both will be considered.</li><li>Comfortable working as an individual contributor - self-driven, structured and capable of owning initiatives end-to-end without a team beneath you (at least initially).</li><li>A natural presenter - confident and compelling on stage in front of audiences ranging from technical architects to C-level executives.</li><li>Familiarity with the AI portfolios of key vendors such as NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Red Hat and/or Oracle is a strong advantage.</li><li>Commercially minded with strong instincts for identifying opportunity, structuring deals and driving revenue through the channel.</li><li>A degree of technical fluency - you do not need to be an engineer, but you must be able to hold credible conversations at a technical level.</li><li>Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40-50% of the time across EMEA.</li></ul><br><br><b>What We Offer</b><br><ul><li>Competitive base salary with performance-related bonus</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Car allowance or Company Car</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>25 days of annual leave</li><li>Structured development opportunities and vendor certifications across our AI portfolio</li><li>The backing of a global organization with established relationships across the world's leading AI vendors</li></ul><br><br>Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.<br><br>#LI-DK1<br><br><b><b>Location:</b></b><br>UK-United Kingdom - Remote<br><br><b><b>Time Type:</b></b><br>Full time<br><br><b><b>Job Category:</b></b><br>Sales
