<strong>Technical Delivery Manager (Data & AI) </strong><p><strong>Location:</strong> London (Hybrid - 3 days/week mandatory)</p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> 6 Months (High chance of extension)</p><p><strong>Clearance:</strong><strong>Active SC Clearance Required</strong><strong>Benefits:</strong> 33 Days Holiday (Pro-rata)</p><strong>The Role</strong><p>We are looking for a <strong>Technical Delivery Manager / Engineering Lead</strong> to drive the design and build of a high-priority, AI-powered data platform. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions-from robust data ingestion pipelines to the deployment of advanced GenAI models.</p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of modern data architecture, MLOps, and the orchestration of agentic workflows.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p><strong>Lead Delivery:</strong> Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data-intensive platforms and AI solutions aligned with AIPX architecture.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Direction:</strong> Provide guidance across cloud engineering, data modeling, and ML model monitoring.</p></li><li><p><strong>Engineering Excellence:</strong> Enforce best practices in coding standards, DevOps/MLOps pipelines, and automated SDLC.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical backlogs for engineering teams.</p></li><li><p><strong>Innovation:</strong> Evaluate emerging GenAI/LLM tech and lead PoCs to drive "idea-to-value" at pace.</p></li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li><p><strong>AI Expertise:</strong> Deep knowledge of <strong>GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic Workflows/orchestration.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Engineering Background:</strong> Proven experience leading data engineering teams and building scalable data products.</p></li><li><p><strong>Regulated Industry XP:</strong> Experience delivering production-grade solutions within Tier-1 Banking or similar environments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Leadership:</strong> Strong track record in running fast-paced delivery teams with a focus on spec-driven development.</p></li><li><p><strong>Compliance:</strong><strong>Must hold active SC Clearance.</strong></p></li></ul><p>Randstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?cygZ%2f1WRJ1pXyziCD2M%2fnltzz65Jzpkxj" width="0" height="0" />
