You will be responsible for accessing the social care needs of young people and be a principal provider of a quality social work service to assess those needs as outlined in patient care plans. This will involve working with young people who have complex mental health needs and psychological needs. As an experienced Social Worker, you will bring your knowledge of social policy and expertise in social work practice ensuring and maintaining a quality social work service to service users and their families. You will also be responsible for the management and supervision of social work staff and take a lead in developing and managing the social work department.
