<p>Job Description</p><br>Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.<br><p>Service Desk Analyst - Leeds (100% onsite, 5 days a week) - £25,000 – £35,000 + up to 20% bonus</p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced IT support team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in IT.</p><p>You’ll be supporting a large user base of 1000+ employees, working across a mix of technologies, and gaining exposure to both 1st and 2nd line support. With strong progression opportunities and a collaborative team environment, this is a great next step for someone looking to grow quickly.</p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business</li><li>Handling 20–40 tickets per day in a busy service desk environment</li><li>Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network access</li><li>Supporting users with:</li><li>Windows and Mac OS</li><li>Office 365</li><li>Active Directory</li><li>VPN connectivity</li><li>Mobile devices</li><li>Managing tickets via ServiceNow</li><li>Supporting device management using Jamf</li><li>Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction</li><li>Escalating complex issues when needed and following through to resolution</li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role</li><li>Strong knowledge ideally of the following:</li><li>Windows OS and Mac</li><li>Active Directory</li><li>Office 365</li><li>ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)</li><li>VPN troubleshooting</li><li>Mobile device support</li><li>Jamf (desirable)</li><li>AzureAD/</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of enthusiasm</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li></ul><p>What’s in It for You</p><ul><li>Competitive salary of £25,000 – £35,000</li><li>Bonus scheme up to 20%</li><li>Clear progression and development opportunities</li><li>Exposure to a wide range of technologies</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Excellent benefits package (details available on application)</li><li>Hours: Shifts – 7:00am – 3:30pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm</li></ul><p>Due to the volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to all applications. xwzovoh Should you not hear from us in 5 working days then your application has not been successful.</p><p>KS/9151</p>
