<p>As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will deliver second-line IT support while collaborating with service desk and third-line teams to resolve incidents, requests, and problems efficiently. Working within the End User Computing Team, you will play a key role in delivering second- and third-line support across a broad range of technologies and environments.Please note, this is a fully on-site role.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Managing and resolving support tickets in line with defined KPIs</li><li>Providing deskside support for end user devices, office hardware, meeting rooms, and local infrastructure</li><li>Supporting major incident management and disaster recovery activity</li><li>Maintaining and contributing to the knowledge management database</li><li>Managing device lifecycle processes including builds, deployments, recovery, and decommissioning</li><li>Configuring and provisioning hardware and software using SCCM and Intune</li><li>Supporting ITIL-aligned processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams, service providers, and stakeholders</li><li>Contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>To be successful in this role, you will bring:</p><ul><li>At least 2 years' experience in a deskside support or similar role</li><li>Experience at both 2nd and 3rd line support.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of SCCM build systems and Intune MDM</li><li>Experience managing the full device lifecycle (build, deploy, return, decommission)</li><li>A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex environments</li><li>Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and working within structured IT environments</li><li>A proactive, organised, and resilient mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary ranging from up to £40,000</li><li>26 days annual leave, plus a wellbeing day, volunteer day, bank holidays and the ability to buy up to 5 extra days leave.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative environment in Leeds.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your career and personal development.</li><li>Engagement with a large organisation offering stability and growth opportunities.</li></ul><p>If you're ready to take the next step, feel free to apply!</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?BYYZSi1VQS%2bX%2b2pZtsg1QyKHxlilvPqGb" width="0" height="0" />
