<p>Job Description</p><br>To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.<br><p>SENDCo – Maternity Cover (Fixed-Term Contract)</p><p>Location: Southend</p><p>Duration: 1-year fixed term</p><p>Start date: May 2026 onwards</p><p>Hours and salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience</p><p>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SENDCo to join the team on a one-year maternity cover fixed-term contract.</p><p>As SENDCo, you will play a central role in shaping an inclusive provision where high expectations and support go hand in hand. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to ensure that students with SEND are fully supported to access an ambitious curriculum and a broad co-curricular programme.
