We operate busy, high-energy restaurants with strong operational structure and clear leadership standards.<br>We are now recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join one of our Big Easy locations.<br>This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager, a strong Deputy Manager or an Assistant General Manager ready to take full operational responsibility.<br>The Role – Restaurant Manager<br>As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:<br>Full restaurant operations in a high-volume environment<br>Leading FOH and working closely with BOH teams<br>Delivering exceptional guest experience<br>Managing rotas and labour control<br>Stock control and cost management<br>Supporting P&L performance and driving profitability<br>Training, coaching and developing supervisors and team members<br>Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company standards<br>Driving service standards and team engagement<br>You will be a hands-on manager who leads from the floor and sets the tone for service, energy and accountability.<br>What We Are Looking For<br>Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager / Deputy Manager<br>Strong background in high-volume hospitality or casual dining<br>Experience managing labour budgets and stock control<br>Understanding of P&L and cost management<br>Strong leadership and team development skills<br>Excellent communication and organisational ability<br>Passion for hospitality management and guest satisfaction<br>We are looking for a confident hospitality leader who understands structure, performance and people development.<br>What We Offer<br>Competitive salary<br>Performance-based bonus<br>Career progression across multiple London sites<br>Structured leadership development<br>Staff meals on duty<br>Team discount across venues<br>Supportive senior management team<br>This is a genuine opportunity to grow within an established hospitality group. xwzovoh <br>If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager ready to lead a busy Big Easy restaurant and drive results, we would love to hear from you.<br>Apply now!<br>Right to work in the UK is required.
