<p><strong>Quality Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>Rugby, Warwickshire </strong></p><p><strong>£45,000 plus benefits </strong></p><p><br><br>Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.<br></p><p>T2M Resourcing are working with a growing engineering and manufacturing business; we are supporting them with recruitment of a Quality Engineer to join their team. </p><p>As Quality Engineer, the role will support the Quality Manager, Manufacturing, and Engineering Teams with ensuring compliance, manufacturing excellence, and investigating any product defects. </p><p>This role will suit a hands-on Quality Engineer who is comfortable being on the shop floor regularly and can support manufacturing teams as well as customers. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties of a Quality Engineer: </strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring compliance of products and process within ISO standards. </li><li>Taking part in product development and project meetings as quality team representative. </li><li>Problem solving through quality processes and utilising tools such as 8D, 5Why, and APQP. </li><li>Completing documentation and utilising quality systems. </li><li>Investigating non-conformance and product quality issues. </li><li>Visiting suppliers to complete reviews and audits. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements to be successful as a Quality Engineer: </strong></p><ul><li>Degree or HNC level qualification in engineering or relevant subject (preferred, but not essential).</li><li>Experience as a Quality Engineer within an engineering and manufacturing environment. </li><li>Strong understanding of APQP, FMEA, and quality planning. </li><li>Proven in delivering quality investigations, problem solving, and improvements. </li><li>Knowledge of ISO9001 and other quality regulations/standards. </li><li>Confident using IT systems and engineering tools/techniques. </li><li>Able to set and deliver against targets. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>The Quality Engineer role will be based in Rugby, Warwickshire however will include site visits with suppliers, customers, and other manufacturing locations. xwzovoh A Full UK Driving License is required for the role.</p>
