<p>Job Description</p><br>Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.<br><p>Job Title: PropertyPortfolio Manager</p><p>Job Location: Oxford</p><p>Office Hours: Monday to Friday</p><p>About the Company</p><p>GRE Assets specialises in residential property development and regeneration in strategic locations across the UK and Spain.</p><p>In addition to delivering high-quality apartments, GRE Assets offers clients a full range of investment portfolio services, including property management, as well as tax and legal advice.</p><p>Overview</p><p>As Property Portfolio Manager, you will oversee residential portfolios, focusing on performance, compliance, and long-term asset value. You will manage a well-maintained portfolio, supported by internal and external teams and a trusted contractor network, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive operational improvements.</p><p>Duties & Responsibilities</p><p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Monitoring portfolio KPIs and providing regular reports on performance, risks, and required actions.</li><li>Overseeing partner agents in marketing, valuations, viewings, negotiations, and tenancy progression.</li><li>Managing the full tenancy lifecycle, including check-ins, check-outs, renewals, re-lets, and rent reviews.</li><li>Ensuring all properties meet statutory compliance requirements, including safety certifications, licences, and inspections.</li><li>Overseeing rent collection performance, arrears management, and escalation processes.</li><li>Coordinating legal cases where required, liaising with solicitors and relevant parties.</li><li>Managing maintenance delivery through a trusted network of contractors.</li><li>Driving the prompt and effective resolution of maintenance issues, including the management of major works.</li><li>Liaising with block management companies and external stakeholders as required.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agents, contractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Providing clear communication and updates on portfolio performance, issues, and key decisions.</li><li>Supporting Accounts/Finance with operational and financial information.</li></ul><p>Skills & Experience Required</p><ul><li>Experience in residential property and lettings management.</li><li>Strong understanding of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proven experience managing agents, stakeholders, and external partners.</li><li>Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills. xwzovoh </li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make sound commercial decisions.</li><li>Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with MRI or similar property management software is advantageous</li></ul>
