<p><strong>Acquisitions / Estate Manager </strong></p><p>North West London Office-based with regular, UK travel Hospitality Portfolio</p><p>We are working with a well-established, privately owned property and hospitality group with a growing portfolio across restaurants, hotels, and commercial property investments.</p><p></p><p>As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an Acquisitions / Estate Manager to play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and securing new sites that support long-term growth.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p></p><p>Based from the North West London head office, this role will be responsible for managing acquisitions activity across a broad territory, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.</p><p></p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><p></p><ul><li>Identifying and securing new sites across restaurant, hotel, and wider commercial property portfolios</li><li>Managing the full acquisition process end-to-end: sourcing, Heads of Terms, feasibility, planning, and legal</li><li>Building strong relationships with agents, developers, landlords, local authorities, and professional advisors</li><li>Carrying out site appraisals, demographic analysis, and financial assessments</li><li>Negotiating commercially robust deals that deliver long-term value</li><li>Maintaining a strong pipeline of future opportunities aligned to business strategy</li><li>Working collaboratively with internal teams including legal, construction, and operations</li><li>Supporting strategic decision-making with clear, well-structured recommendations</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p></p><p>You are likely to bring:</p><p></p><ul><li>Proven experience in acquisitions, estate management, or property development</li><li>Background in multi-site retail, hospitality, leisure, or hotel environments</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects across a wide geographic territory</li><li>Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, privately owned business</li><li>MRICS qualification preferred but not essential</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Why Apply:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Join a stable, family-owned business with long-term growth ambitions</li><li>High-profile role with direct influence on portfolio expansion</li><li>Exposure to a diverse mix of assets including restaurants, hotels, and investment property</li><li>Collaborative, hands-on culture with strong senior leadership access</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Ready to take the next step?</strong>If you're looking for a hands-on role with variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in a growing family business, we'd love to hear from you.
