This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs largest hotel groups, operating across 64 hotels nationwide. The successful candidate will play a key role in proactively developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth across our hotel portfolio.<br>Benefits include:<br>An attractive salary<br>Career development opportunities throughout the UK<br>Significant staff discount rates when staying at one of our 63 hotels in the UK<br>50% discount off food and drink if staying at one of our hotels<br>Friends and family hotel stay discounts<br>Reduced membership at our Leisure clubs<br>Free meals on duty (when applicable)<br>Employee referral scheme<br>Auto enrolment pension scheme<br>Your duties will include:<br>Identifying, targeting and securing new corporate business opportunities<br>Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders<br>Managing and growing existing corporate accounts to maximise revenue opportunities<br>Conducting client meetings, presentations and site visits when required<br>Negotiating rates, contracts and business agreements<br>Working closely with reservations, events and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery<br>Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and client requirements<br>Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs<br>Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and internal sales platforms<br>Required Skills and Experience:<br>Previous experience in corporate sales within the hotel or hospitality industry<br>Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills<br>A proactive and results-driven approach with a proven ability to achieve sales targets<br>Excellent organisational and time management skills<br>Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team<br>Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office<br>Flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities when required<br>If you are passionate about sales and hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.
