They partner with clients across healthcare, transport, infrastructure, private equity and energy, building practical AI solutions that improve how work gets done.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity for a Power Platform Developer who wants to move deeper into Copilot Studio, agent-based workflows and AI-enabled business applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>You’ll join a growing AI delivery team and help design and build production-ready solutions using Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts and product leads to turn use cases into secure, scalable solutions that deliver genuine value.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll be involved in the full delivery lifecycle, from early design and prototyping through to testing, deployment and knowledge transfer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Designing, building and iterating AI agents in Copilot Studio.</li><li>Developing solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.</li><li>Integrating Copilot agents with enterprise systems, APIs and business workflows.</li><li>Creating prompt logic, orchestration and guardrails to support reliable AI behaviour.</li><li>Working with stakeholders to refine requirements and shape practical solutions.</li><li>Supporting secure access, governance, auditability and compliance.</li><li>Contributing to testing, deployment and technical documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What they’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including conversational flows and agent logic.</li><li>Strong Power Platform experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.</li><li>Experience integrating with enterprise systems, APIs or connectors.</li><li>A good understanding of security, governance and compliance.</li><li>Experience working in agile delivery environments.</li><li>The ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms.</li><li>Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI or API-based AI integrations.</li><li>Experience with AI-assisted workflows or agent-based solutions.</li><li>Experience in regulated or complex operational environments. xwzovoh </li><li>SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional bonus</strong></p><p>They’d also be interested in someone who can help with training, enablement or workshops around:</p><ul><li>Azure AI Foundry</li><li>Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio</li><li>AI-enabled workflows and Power Platform capabilities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>If this sounds like the kind of work you’ve been looking for, send over your CV and a short note on your Copilot Studio and Power Platform experience, and we’ll set up a time to talk.</p>
