Role/Job title - Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)- Collections Transformation<br><br>Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.<br>Work Location - Glasgow, UK<br>Role type - Contracting<br>Mode of working Hybrid<br>If Hybrid, how many days are required in office - 3<br>Contractor Rate (if applicable) - £600- £650 Day rate<br>Duration of assignment - 06 Months with likely extension<br><br>The Role<br>This role Pega collection - Lead system architect is a key role who will be playing a critical architect role for strategic Pega collections transformation programme which is under the close watch of the CIO.<br><br>Your responsibilities<br>Own and define the overall Pega solution architecture for the Collections program, covering early, mid, late, and legal collections journeys.<br>Lead the design of Pega application structure, including framework and implementation layering, class hierarchy, and reuse strategy.<br>Architect and govern the use of Pega Collections and Customer Service case types, ensuring correct extension of out-of-the-box capabilities.<br>Define the approach for integrating Pega Customer Decision Hub to enable Next-Best-Action and Next-Best-Payment strategies.<br>Ensure collections decisioning, workflows, and customer treatments meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements across geographies.<br>Provide architectural oversight for integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways, CRM systems, and external agencies.<br>Define non-functional architecture covering performance, scalability, availability, resilience, and security.<br>Establish DevOps, branching, deployment, and release management standards for large multi-team delivery.<br>Review designs and code produced by CSSAs and SSAs to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and program standards.<br>Act as the primary technical authority and escalation point for all Pega-related decisions within the program.<br><br>Your Profile<br>Essential skills/knowledge/experience:<br>Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).<br>Extensive hands-on experience delivering Pega solutions for large banking or financial services clients.<br>Strong experience with Pega Collections Framework and Pega Customer Service for Financial Services.<br>Proven experience integrating Pega Customer Decision Hub for collections and customer treatment strategies. xwzovoh <br>Experience leading architecture for complex, high-volume, regulated enterprise programs<br>Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide clear technical direction to large delivery teams.
