<p>Senior Pega Developer</p><p> London (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)</p><p> £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits (including 10% bonus)</p><p><br><br>Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.<br></p><p><br></p><p>We’re working with a large-scale enterprise organisation currently undergoing a significant platform modernisation programme and are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to join their growing engineering function.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>This is not a greenfield environment, but it is a genuinely interesting opportunity to help modernise and evolve an established platform, migrating key functionality into newer systems and helping shape the future direction of the technology stack.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The role is heavily hands-on (around 85%) with the remaining focus centred around solution design, architecture discussions, and contributing to technical direction.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, understands the bigger picture behind requirements, and can work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>What you’ll be doing:</p><ul><li>Developing and enhancing enterprise-scale Pega applications</li><li>Working across case management workflows and complex case types</li><li>Building and supporting integrations with external systems via APIs and REST services</li><li>Collaborating with product, business analysis, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Supporting ongoing platform modernisation initiatives</li><li>Contributing to solution design and architectural decisions</li><li>Keeping up to date with new Pega capabilities and emerging platform features</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>What we’re looking for:</p><ul><li>Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (8.x+)</li><li>Strong hands-on development experience within enterprise environments</li><li>Experience with case management and case types</li><li>Integration experience including APIs and REST services</li><li>Ability to understand xwzovoh both business requirements and technical implementation</li><li>Someone naturally curious about technology and engaged with the evolving Pega ecosystem</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li>Exposure to Pega Constellation</li><li>CLM certification or related Pega certifications</li><li>Experience working within large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its technology landscape, where you’ll have the chance to influence engineering decisions while remaining close to the technology.</p>
