Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Monitoring and responding to individual needs throughout the night</li><li>Supporting with personal care routines, where required</li><li>Ensuring a calm and safe environment for restful sleep</li><li>Recording and reporting any changes in health or behaviour</li><li>Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction</li><li>Supporting with morning routines and preparing for the day ahead</li><li>Responding to emergencies and following established protocols</li><li>Maintaining accurate documentation and handover notes</li></ul><p>You’ll be working with individuals who enjoy a range of activities—from baking and gardening to arts and crafts and community outings.
