This role involves working alongside an existing female tutor, providing both academic support and assistance with the more physical aspects of the student's care and engagement.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Deliver tailored, one-to-one educational support</li><li>Assist with managing challenging and physical behaviours</li><li>Support engagement in learning activities at a Year 1 level</li><li>Work collaboratively with another tutor to ensure consistency and safety</li><li>Create a structured, calm, and supportive learning environment</li></ul><p>Student Details</p><ul><li>Age: 17 years old</li><li>Working level: Year 1</li><li>Needs:<ul><li>High-level ASD</li><li>Behavioural difficulties</li><li>Can present with physical behaviours</li></ul></li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Male tutor (role requires physical support element)</li><li>Strong experience working with SEN students, particularly ASD</li><li>Experience managing xwzovoh challenging behaviour</li><li>Physically capable and confident in handling active situations</li><li>Patient, resilient, and calm under pressure</li></ul><p>Working Hours</p><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>12:00 PM - 3:00 PM</li><li>Total: 15 hours per week</li></ul><p>Pay</p><ul><li>£30-35 per hour</li></ul><p>Start Date</p><ul><li>As soon as possible</li></ul>
