This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.</p><p>The role is due to start in September, with interviews taking place over the coming weeks, so early applications are encouraged.</p><p>Key Details:</p><ul><li>Location: Luton</li><li>Start Date: September</li><li>Salary: £26,000 per annum</li><li>Contract Type: Full-time</li></ul><p>The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of engaging lessons and provide additional support to pupils where required. You will play a key role in helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities</li><li>Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support pupil learning</li><li>Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation</li><li>Supporting pupils with varying abilities and needs</li><li>Promoting positive behaviour and engagement</li><li>Assisting with assessment and feedback where appropriate</li><li>Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)</li><li>Previous experience working in xwzovoh a Primary school or similar setting</li><li>Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>A patient, caring, and proactive approach</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school environment where you can make a real difference in pupils' education.</p><p>If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a new role starting in September, we would love to hear from you.</p>
