You’ll take ownership of features and projects, working proactively on your own initiative, while also being part of a close-knit development team. You’ll receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from a senior technical leader, supporting your continued growth and development.</p><p>What you’ll be doing</p><ul><li>Designing and building scalable, secure web applications and websites</li><li>Developing and maintaining high-performance RESTful APIs</li><li>Working in a hybrid-cloud environment, combining a modern Microsoft .NET stack with Google Cloud Platform services</li><li>Taking features through the full development lifecycle, from initial design and database architecture to front-end delivery and deployment</li></ul><p>Essential technical skills</p><ul><li>Backend: C#, .NET Core</li><li>Frontend: Angular (v2+), TypeScript (AngularJS acceptable where relevant)</li><li>Architecture & Data: REST APIs, Entity Framework</li><li>Cloud: Experience with, or a strong desire to learn, Google Cloud services (e.g. Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage)</li></ul><p>Desirable skills</p><ul><li>Database: Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>Frontend extras: Blazor, Bootstrap</li><li>DevOps: CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, Jira, GitHub)</li><li>Quality assurance: Automated testing</li></ul><p>Behavioural competencies</p><ul><li>Highly enthusiastic about technology and keen to continuously learn</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Able to work proactively and independently while remaining a strong team player</li></ul><p>Why join?</p><p>You’ll be joining a stable, professional organisation where your work has genuine real-world impact. xwzovoh The role offers a competitive salary, opportunities for continued technical training, and a predictable hybrid working model, balancing in-office collaboration with focused remote work once probation has been successfully completed.</p>
