Junior ICT Technician

<p>Junior ICT Technician - 6 Month Contract</p><p>My client is seeking a Junior ICT Technician to support the day to day running of ICT systems. This role will assist the Network Manager in maintaining and developing ICT services.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Assist with maintaining networks, systems, and computer equipment</p><p>• Provide hardware and software support</p><p>• Support user account administration and diagnose technical issues</p><p>• Install software, carry out basic repairs, and manage ICT assets</p><p>• Monitor systems including antivirus and e safety tools</p><p>• Assist with website updates and digital content where required</p><p>• Maintain documentation and uphold GDPR and e safety standards</p><p>Ideal Candidate</p><p>• Basic experience or strong interest in ICT support</p><p>• MS knowledge, 365 etc</p><p>• Good troubleshooting and communication skills</p><p>• Ability to support users both remotely and on site</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on experience within an ICT environment.</p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?50N8xKcU4F0Fx4G2HvCw9Oa9l0ZIQY0Dd" width="0" height="0" />
